Ridgewood Gardens

Ridgewood Gardens consists of three large buildings to form one residential complex in the Maspeth neighborhood of Brooklyn.  Each building required Qewi inspection to assess the status of the buildings and determine if Safe, SWARMP (Safe with a Repair and Maintenance Program), or Unsafe.  Each diagnosis would require a different approach for the next steps.

In the case of Ridgewood Gardens, a SWARMP status was determined and work included correcting those items and deterioration from the previous cycle report to ensure the buildings did not fall into an Unsafe categorization.

Work included brick replacement, lintel replacement, re-pointing of deteriorated mortar joints, replacement for deteriorated lintels and windowsills.

Organization of contractors, multiple site visits, and project management by our engineering team lead to efficient and satisfactory completion.
